About SizaBill

Our story

SizaBill (See-Zah-Bill) is a proud South African invoicing and admin platform built to give small business owners their time back.

We chose “Siza”, the isiZulu word for “help”, and combined it with “Bill”, short for billing, and created SizaBill. And that is exactly what we set out to be: a practical billing helper for South African healthcare practitioners, accountants, wellness professionals, consultants and small businesses.

We started SizaBill because we know what it feels like to finish a full day of client work, only to face a pile of invoices, quotes, receipts and follow-ups. Life is busy enough. Every hour spent wrestling with admin is an hour away from serving clients, growing a business, or doing the work you actually love.

So we built the tool we wanted for ourselves: simple, professional invoicing from your phone, with the personal support of real humans behind it.

Built by a small team in Pretoria

SizaBill is grown and developed in South Africa by a small team of women based in Pretoria.

We are not a faceless software company or an overseas help desk. We are real people who understand the realities of running a business here in Mzansi and facing challenges from load-shedding and patchy signal to medical aid billing, VAT, POPIA and the pressure of getting paid on time.

Because we built SizaBill for our own admin headaches first, we designed it to remove friction rather than add another system to manage.
