Version 1.0 · Last updated 31 May 2026

These Terms of Service set out the relationship between SizaBill Invoicing (“SizaBill”, “we”, “us”) and you, the business owner using our platform. They are written in plain language because we believe trust starts with clarity.

1.Our Shared Commitment

Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to SizaBill Invoicing. We designed this platform with a clear purpose: to lighten your administrative burdens so you can focus on growing your business. By using our invoicing and practice management tools, you join a community built on mutual respect and shared responsibility. If you do not feel comfortable committing to these relational terms, we ask that you do not use the platform.

2.How We Support You

Services Provided

We provide cloud-based tools to help you create estimates, manage client databases, generate compliant invoices, and receive payments easily. Because we aim to constantly improve our care for your business, we may update or refine our features over time. We promise to communicate any significant changes to you openly and honestly.

3.Protecting Your Workspace

Account Registration & Security

Our Trust in You: We welcome businesses legally registered or operating in South Africa. We trust you to provide accurate information when setting up your account.

Mutual Security:Think of your login details as the key to your business's private office. Please keep them safe. If you ever suspect that someone else has accessed your account, let us know immediately so we can help you secure it.

4.Fair Pricing and Sustainable Support

Billing & Subscriptions

Transparent Pricing: To keep SizaBill running reliably, we charge simple subscription fees. These fees are exclusive of VAT unless specified.

Our Fairness Guarantee: We never use hidden fees. If we ever need to adjust our subscription rates to sustain our service quality, we will give you a clear 30-day notice so you can make the best choice for your business.

5.Honouring Privacy and Protecting People

POPIA Compliance

We view data protection not just as a legal checkbox, but as a core duty of care to you and your clients.

Our Stewardship: In line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), we treat your data with the highest confidentiality and security. We only use it to keep your platform running smoothly.

Your Duty of Care:When you upload your clients' personal data into SizaBill, you act as their data guardian. You promise to handle their information ethically and ensure they have agreed to let you store it here.

6.Navigating Your Tax Responsibilities Together

SARS Compliance

We build our tools to match South African Revenue Service (SARS) standards, helping you create sequential, tax-compliant invoices. However, every business is unique. While SizaBill provides the digital tools, you hold the ultimate responsibility for your tax choices. We are a software partner, not a financial advisor, so we always recommend speaking to a trusted accountant for specific tax advice.

7.Balancing Risks

Limitation of Liability

We are dedicated to making SizaBill dependable, secure, and available whenever you need it. However, because technology operates in an unpredictable world, we provide the platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Under South African law, we cannot be held liable for unexpected business disruptions or indirect financial losses. We promise to work hard to resolve any technical issues as quickly as possible.

8.Ending Our Relationship Gracefully

Termination

Your Freedom: If SizaBill is no longer the right fit for your business journey, you are free to cancel your subscription at any time.

Data Respect:If you decide to leave us, or if we must close your account due to a breach of trust, we want to ensure you don't lose your history. We will provide you with a fair opportunity to export your business data before your account is permanently closed.

9.Evolving Together

Changes to Terms

As our community grows and South African regulations evolve, we may need to update these terms. When we do, we will notify you clearly. Continuing to use SizaBill means you are happy to move forward with us under the updated guidelines.

10.Resolving Disagreements

Governing Law

If we ever run into a misunderstanding, we hope to talk through it and find a fair solution together first. If we cannot reach an agreement, any formal disputes will be governed by the laws of South Africa and settled through the South African courts.
