Pricing questions

Is there a free trial?

Yes, on the Starter plan. It runs for 14 days and needs no credit card. Up & Running and Small Business do not have a trial, so you subscribe to those when you are ready. You can cancel any time.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?

Yes. You can switch from monthly to yearly any time and the new rate kicks in at the next billing cycle. Switching from yearly back to monthly happens at the end of your yearly term to keep things simple.

How does yearly billing work?

Choosing yearly means you pay 12 months upfront and save about 17% per month versus monthly billing. Same features, same support, lower per-month rate.

Can I change tier later?

Yes. You can move between Starter, Up & Running and Small Business at any time from your account. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

Are there per-invoice or per-client limits?

Invoices, quotes, and credit notes are unlimited on every tier. Client caps depend on your tier: up to 10 on Starter, up to 25 on Up & Running, and unlimited on Small Business. When you reach your cap we will ask whether you would prefer to upgrade or archive inactive clients.

What currency and tax rules apply?

All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). VAT is calculated and shown on every invoice in line with SARS requirements. You configure your own VAT number and rate inside the app.

How does billing work?

Monthly or yearly via PayFast. Your card is charged on the same date each cycle and you can cancel any time. We never store card numbers. PayFast handles all payment data.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export all your clients, invoices and quotes as CSV/PDF before cancelling. After cancellation your data is retained for 30 days so you can reactivate, then permanently deleted.
